Alexander Spehar founded Chase Security Services on a principle learned over more than a decade of federal service: security is not a product, it is a discipline. He served six years in the United States Air Force, where accountability, precision, and readiness were not values on a wall but daily requirements. He then spent seven years as a representative for the United States Department of Defense, working in environments where the standard for vigilance and professionalism is absolute.

Alexander brought that standard home to the Twin Cities. Every Chase Security officer is trained, vetted, and held to the same expectations he operated under in federal service. Clients don't just get guards; they get a security operation built by someone who has protected the interests of the United States government and now protects the businesses, properties, and communities of Minnesota.
